Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide security architectures aligned with business objectives and industry best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
- Conduct comprehensive security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
- Lead the implementation of security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into DevOps (DevSecOps) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS) and internal security policies.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, coordinating with stakeholders to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.
- Educate employees and stakeholders on security awareness, policies, and emerging threats through training and workshops.
- Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge security technologies and tools to enhance the organizationâs defensive posture.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, CCSP) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in enterprise security architecture, auditing, or a related cybersecurity role.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing security frameworks for on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of security standards, compliance regulations, and risk management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM (Splunk, QRadar), EDR/XDR, and vulnerability scanners (Nessus, OpenVAS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and security analysis is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting with a focus on Bali-based operations.
