Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of enterprise sales professionals to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand GlobalSign’s market share in enterprise IT security solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target industries.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments in cybersecurity, compliance, and digital identity to position GlobalSign as a thought leader.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Represent GlobalSign at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of selling IT security solutions, PKI, identity management, or enterprise software to large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity trends, compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001), and digital trust technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in Southeast Asia or with multinational clients is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
