Responsibility
- Lead the onboarding process for new parents, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive lead generation and parent engagement.
- Manage CRM systems to track interactions, follow-ups, and enrolment progress.
- Support the conversion of leads into enrolments through effective communication and relationship management.
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to enrolment, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on enrolment goals and parent satisfaction.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve enrolment processes and parent relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relations, sales, or enrolment management, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
