Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and healthcare standards.
- Assist registered nurses and medical staff in patient assessments, treatments, and monitoring.
- Administer medications, dressings, and other clinical procedures under supervision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in electronic health systems.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe, hygienic clinical environment.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs to enhance clinical skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification recognized by the Indonesian Nursing Council.
- Valid nursing license (STR) and registration to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (preferably in government or public healthcare).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care techniques, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, ethics, and confidentiality.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic health record (EHR) systems is an advantage.
