Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple dental clinics, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company policies and healthcare standards.
- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and train clinic staff, including dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative teams, to maintain high professional standards.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national healthcare regulations, as well as internal SOPs for infection control, safety, and patient care.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and supply chain logistics to prevent shortages and ensure clinics are fully operational.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase clinic productivity, patient retention, and revenue growth.
- Handle patient escalations and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain trust and reputation.
- Collaborate with the central management team to align clinic operations with organizational goals and expansion plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinic management, dental practice operations, or a supervisory role in the healthcare sector.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of dental clinic workflows, patient care standards, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Kemenkes, PERSI).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across clinic locations in Bali as needed.
