Responsibility
- Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Deliver high-quality English language instruction to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Assess student progress through regular testing, homework assignments, and classroom participation.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding performance and development areas.
- Maintain an organized and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with fellow staff to improve teaching methodologies and school programs.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and teacher training workshops.
Qualifications
- Must be a native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or PGCE) is highly preferred.
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language (ESL/EFL) is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Highly organized, patient, and adaptable to different learning styles.
