Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective tuition sessions in English, Math, or Science to students of varying ages and abilities.
- Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles and needs of each student.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Create a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and curriculum developments.
- Prepare students for examinations and help them achieve their academic targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a tutor or teacher, preferably in a one-on-one or small group setting.
- Strong subject matter expertise in English, Math, or Science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
