Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging English language training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Focus on accent neutralization, pronunciation, grammar, and conversational English skills
- Assess trainees' language proficiency and tailor lessons to individual needs
- Develop training materials, including lesson plans, exercises, and assessments
- Monitor and report on trainees' progress, providing constructive feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business objectives
- Stay updated on the latest language teaching methodologies and best practices
- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in English language teaching or training, preferably in a corporate setting
- Excellent command of English with neutral or near-native accent
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience in accent reduction or neutralization training is highly desirable
- Familiarity with language assessment tools and methodologies
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in a multicultural environment
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent is a plus
