Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement engineering solutions for US-based projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations to ensure project viability.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports in compliance with international standards.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Utilize advanced engineering software and tools to optimize designs and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Structural Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering design, project management, or related roles.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively in multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with US engineering standards and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely from Bali, Indonesia.
