Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers and technicians to ensure optimal performance of manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues, providing timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee the installation, calibration, and testing of new machinery and systems in compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with production and management teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and documentation related to engineering projects and maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems (PLC, motors, control panels) and mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, machinery).
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, OSHA regulations, and other industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, CMMS, and other engineering tools.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
