Responsibility
- Oversee daily engineering operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of engineering projects within budget.
- Develop and implement engineering policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for optimization and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions with business objectives.
- Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools relevant to the industry.
- Familiarity with local and international engineering standards and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
