Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel premises to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and installations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment for staff and guests.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other hotel departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or similar facility management environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
