Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Implement best practices in agile development, code reviews, and testing to ensure robust, efficient systems.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong expertise in system architecture, scalable design, and modern development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools.
