Responsibility
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams, including mechanical, electrical, electronics, RF, PCB, test, and assembly functions.
- Develop and execute strategic engineering roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Foster collaboration between engineering, product, and operations teams to drive innovation.
- Implement best practices in engineering processes, quality control, and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Represent the engineering team in stakeholder meetings and provide technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong technical expertise in RF, PCB design, and assembly processes.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile or Lean methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to or work in Bali, Indonesia.
