Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures that align with business goals.
- Drive the adoption of cloud technologies and DevSecOps practices to enhance security and efficiency.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and continuous deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize engineering initiatives.
- Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize scalability and reliability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the team at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in software architecture, cloud computing, and DevSecOps.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with teams.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing remote teams is a plus.
