Responsibility
- Assist in the design, testing, and optimization of mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing systems under supervisor guidance.
- Support the development of prototypes and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct research and compile data to support engineering projects and process enhancements.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all engineering tasks.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to expand technical and soft skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within 12 months) from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a passion for engineering principles and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), circuit design, or manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and technical writing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a bonus.
