Responsibility
- Develop detailed technical drawings, schematics, and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to interpret design concepts and translate them into precise drafts.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and revise existing drawings to incorporate design changes or improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and other technical documentation.
- Provide technical support to the production team during the machining and fabrication processes.
- Maintain organized records of all drafts, revisions, and project-related documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest drafting technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Engineering Drafter or similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of machining, fabrication, and mechanical design principles.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.
