Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance plans, including DWA (Daily Work Assignments), DAR (Daily Activity Reports), and Gantt Charts, to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate and implement corrective and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align maintenance schedules with operational priorities.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, costs, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance coordination, engineering support, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in using maintenance planning tools such as Gantt Charts, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and predictive maintenance software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in maintenance management or Six Sigma is a plus.
