Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in daily operational tasks, including equipment maintenance, testing, and calibration.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects under supervision.
- Conduct routine inspections and report findings to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including technical reports, logs, and project updates.
- Assist in the procurement and inventory management of engineering materials and tools.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields) or currently pursuing one.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, or manuals.
- Proficient in using basic engineering tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or hands-on experience in engineering is a plus.
