Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily ready-mix concrete production operations to ensure quality and output consistency.
- Implement digital tracking and automation tools to streamline plant operations and data reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives and reduce carbon footprints in production.
- Perform regular technical audits of equipment and processes to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Monitor site safety protocols to ensure 100% compliance with industry standards and government regulations.
- Analyze production data to forecast material requirements and optimize resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide immediate corrective engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in concrete production, construction materials, or heavy industrial operations.
- Strong understanding of concrete mix designs and material testing standards.
- Proven ability to operate within a digitalized manufacturing environment.
- Excellent project management skills with a keen eye for operational efficiency.
- Effective communication skills to lead site teams and coordinate with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and plant management software is highly advantageous.
