Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of construction and engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with project objectives.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports to support project documentation and compliance.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to project requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Utilize engineering software and tools to analyze data, simulate scenarios, and optimize project outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in engineering or construction projects, with a minimum of 2 years for Assistant Engineers and 5 years for Engineers.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local and international construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
