Responsibility
- Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare and maintain endoscopic equipment, ensuring sterility and functionality.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, documenting vital signs and responses.
- Administer medications and sedatives as directed by the physician.
- Educate patients and families about procedures, risks, and post-procedure care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients undergoing procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in endoscopy nursing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of endoscopic procedures and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
