Responsibility

  • Manage and resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer and enforce company policies, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and internal codes of discipline.
  • Conduct thorough investigations regarding policy violations and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote a harmonious and collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, documentation, and case logs related to ER activities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and supervisors on disciplinary procedures and performance management.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR policies to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Ensure all internal communications regarding policy updates are effectively disseminated to the workforce.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or a generalist HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics industry.
  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
