Responsibility
- Manage and resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Administer and enforce company policies, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and internal codes of discipline.
- Conduct thorough investigations regarding policy violations and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote a harmonious and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, documentation, and case logs related to ER activities.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and supervisors on disciplinary procedures and performance management.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR policies to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.
- Ensure all internal communications regarding policy updates are effectively disseminated to the workforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or a generalist HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics industry.
- Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
