Responsibility

- Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to improve targeting and personalization.
- Create engaging and visually appealing email content, including copywriting, layout design, and A/B testing.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
- Optimize email deliverability and inbox placement through list hygiene and sender reputation management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in email marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data and generating reports.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
