Responsibility
- Lead and manage elevator installation projects across Bali, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to streamline project execution and resolve technical challenges.
- Oversee on-site installation teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices to mitigate risks and liabilities.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns proactively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in elevator installation, construction project management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million IDR projects with a focus on timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Strong knowledge of elevator systems, mechanical/electrical components, and safety regulations (e.g., EN 81, ASME A17.1).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor junior staff.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
