Responsibility
- Conduct thorough testing of electronic components and products to identify defects, malfunctions, or process-level issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems in the manufacturing process.
- Perform functional, performance, and reliability tests on electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Document test results, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and consistency in test results.
- Assist in the development and implementation of testing protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic circuits, boards, and systems as needed to support production goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics testing, quality assurance, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and automated test systems.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electronic components and systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC-A-610, ISO 9001, or other relevant quality certifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
