Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in notebooks, printers, and other electronic devices.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to ensure optimal performance of IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Replace or upgrade faulty components, including motherboards, hard drives, and power supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, service history, and inventory of spare parts.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on proper device usage and care.
- Collaborate with the team to improve repair processes and reduce downtime.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in IT hardware and repair techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electronics Technician or IT Hardware Repair Specialist.
- Proven expertise in repairing notebooks, printers, and other electronic devices.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, circuit boards, and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in IT hardware repair (e.g., CompTIA A+) is a plus.
- Familiarity with soldering, multimeter usage, and other repair techniques.
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
