As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in consumer electronics.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers through engaging sales pitches.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and maximize profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are advantageous.
