Responsibility
- Accurately enter, update, and verify daily operational and financial data into the company's central database.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure security protocols are strictly followed to prevent data loss.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports for management review using database queries.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve minor hardware, software, or system errors during data entry.
- Maintain physical and digital records systematically for easy retrieval and compliance auditing.
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement system upgrades and testing procedures.
- Provide basic administrative and technical support to other team members as required.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven working experience in data entry, database administration, or an IT clerk role.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel is highly preferred) and database software.
- Excellent attention to detail with high typing accuracy and speed.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to detect data discrepancies.
