Responsibility

  • Perform electromechanical assembly, testing, and calibration of components and systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in electromechanical equipment, including motors, sensors, and control systems.
  • Conduct functional and performance tests on prototypes and finished products, documenting results and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine testing procedures and enhance product reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of test data, repair logs, and equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of electromechanical systems at client sites or internal facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all testing and repair activities.
  • Provide technical support to production teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electromechanical testing, troubleshooting, or repair roles.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex electromechanical issues.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems, motor controls, and industrial automation is a plus.
