Responsibility
- Perform electromechanical assembly, testing, and calibration of components and systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in electromechanical equipment, including motors, sensors, and control systems.
- Conduct functional and performance tests on prototypes and finished products, documenting results and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine testing procedures and enhance product reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of test data, repair logs, and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of electromechanical systems at client sites or internal facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all testing and repair activities.
- Provide technical support to production teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electromechanical testing, troubleshooting, or repair roles.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex electromechanical issues.
- Familiarity with PLC systems, motor controls, and industrial automation is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and precision.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic proficiency in English for technical documentation and communication.
