Responsibility
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot diesel generators to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Install, inspect, and repair electrical installations, including wiring, panels, and distribution systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to design and implement electrical solutions for new projects.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members regarding electrical systems and equipment.
- Document work performed, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and system updates.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience with electrical installations, panel wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations (e.g., PUIL, IEC).
- Experience working with diesel generators, transformers, and control systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
