Responsibility
- Lead the engineering, installation, and testing of HV/MV switchgear systems.
- Develop and review technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and commissioning reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, vendors, and clients, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical issues during installation and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and on-site personnel.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HV/MV switchgear projects.
- Proven expertise in electrical system design, testing, and commissioning.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC) and safety protocols.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar engineering software.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
