Responsibility
- Design, install, and commission electrical systems for wood shredder plants, metal shredder plants, and waste-to-energy facilities, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical machinery and control systems to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement electrical schematics, PLC programming, and automation solutions to enhance plant efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers and operations teams to integrate electrical systems with machinery and process workflows.
- Monitor energy consumption and optimize electrical systems to reduce costs and improve sustainability metrics.
- Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation for regulatory audits.
- Train and supervise technical staff on electrical safety protocols, equipment operation, and emergency response procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in industrial automation, renewable energy, and waste management to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering for industrial plants, heavy machinery, or waste management systems.
- Proven expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, motor control, and high-voltage electrical installations.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, IEC, NFPA) and environmental regulations for industrial facilities.
- Experience with automation tools, CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), and predictive maintenance technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced industrial environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or Mandarin is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and travel to project sites as needed.
