Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve electrical or engineering issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement system improvements and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications for record-keeping.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and other departments as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical and engineering technologies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and other engineering equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different sites as required.
