Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail environments to promote and sell products effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and presentations to highlight key features and benefits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, aligning with brand standards.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
- Set up and maintain promotional displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and compliant with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Track inventory levels and report stock requirements to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or sales is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles, preferably in retail.
