Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service that creates memorable shopping experiences
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide expert advice on adidas merchandise
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met according to brand guidelines
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Build and maintain customer relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise organization
- Participate in store events, promotions, and community engagement activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience in fashion or sportswear preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Passion for sports, fashion, and the adidas brand
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
