Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems for LTA-related infrastructure projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations for electrical installations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for electrical systems.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems to verify functionality and safety.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and on-site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in transportation or public infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols (e.g., IEC, NEC, SNI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial.
