Responsibility
- Perform diagnostic tests on electric vehicle systems, including batteries, motors, and charging components, using specialized tools and software.
- Conduct routine maintenance, such as tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks, to ensure optimal EV performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in electric vehicles, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
- Install, update, and configure EV software and firmware to enhance vehicle functionality and efficiency.
- Inspect and replace faulty components, such as inverters, converters, and high-voltage cables, with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate service records and provide detailed reports on repairs, maintenance, and parts replacements.
- Educate customers on EV operation, maintenance best practices, and safety precautions.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in electric vehicle technology and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, with specialized training or certification in electric vehicle systems (preferred).
- Strong understanding of high-voltage electrical systems, battery technology, and EV charging infrastructure.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for EV troubleshooting and repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Familiarity with OBD-II systems and EV-specific diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian to interact effectively with customers and team members.
