Responsibility
- Lead and manage the automotive parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Oversee procurement processes, including vendor negotiations, order placement, and cost optimization.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse operations, including storage, logistics, and distribution.
- Monitor and analyze inventory performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between parts availability and customer demand.
- Maintain high standards of quality control for all incoming and outgoing parts.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, procurement costs, and operational efficiency for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Manager, Inventory Manager, or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory management systems, and procurement processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, etc.) are a plus.
