Responsibility
- Provide personalized care to elderly patients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, health conditions, and any changes in the patient's well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each senior.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance the mental and emotional well-being of elderly patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Educate seniors and their families on health management, nutrition, and safety practices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for elderly patients.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in elderly care, geriatrics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, patient care, and health monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with seniors and their families.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude towards elderly patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with basic medical equipment and emergency response procedures.
