Responsibility
- Facilitate and oversee EHSS activities to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Perform statutory duties as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and Nominated Company Officer (NCO).
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement EHSS policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Monitor and report on EHSS performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated with the latest EHSS regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and Nominated Company Officer (NCO).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHSS roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and international EHSS regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Proficient in developing and implementing EHSS policies and training programs.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
