Responsibility
- Provide personalized educational consulting to students and parents, assisting them in selecting suitable academic programs and institutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, partners, and clients to expand business opportunities.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and seminars to promote educational services and engage potential clients.
- Stay updated on trends, policies, and developments in the education sector to offer informed advice and solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively converting leads into enrolled students through consultative selling techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that attract prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Participate in local and regional education fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, consulting, or customer service, preferably within the education sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian education system and international study opportunities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
