Responsibility
- Input and update high-volume operational and financial data into the company's EDP database systems.
- Review, verify, and reconcile source documents to identify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly database reports for management review.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure system integrity and prevent data loss.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems in compliance with company records management policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team, including handling inquiries and processing paperwork.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, vocational certificate, or equivalent; a diploma in Information Technology or Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Proven work experience as an EDP Clerk, Data Entry Operator, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent typing speed and high-level accuracy (WPM will be tested).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and database entry software.
- Meticulous attention to detail with an analytical approach to identifying data errors.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
