As an EDP Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our daily store operations. You will interact with our electronic data processing systems to maintain database integrity and provide administrative support to the management team. Responsibility

  • Perform accurate data entry of product information, pricing, and inventory updates into the EDP system.
  • Monitor and maintain store database records to ensure consistency across all departments.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for store management as requested.
  • Coordinate with procurement and floor staff to reconcile discrepancies in stock levels.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with company protocols.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and price tag printing.
  • Provide general administrative support to the store operations team to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow strict deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Previous experience in retail or administrative data entry is a plus but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
