Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain EDC machines and related payment systems.
- Perform regular diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to service requests and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on EDC machine operations.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate EDC systems with other software and hardware.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technician, preferably with EDC or POS systems.
- Strong technical skills in hardware troubleshooting and software configuration.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems and network connectivity.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for on-site support when required.
- Basic knowledge of IT security practices is a plus.
