Are you a data-driven Ecommerce Specialist with a passion for the FMCG industry? Our company is a fast-growing FMCG distribution business, and we are looking for a highly motivated professional to elevate our online presence. In this role, you will be the engine behind our digital sales channels, optimizing our product visibility and driving conversion rates across various marketplaces and our direct-to-consumer platforms.
As our Ecommerce Specialist, you will manage end-to-end online operations, from inventory synchronization to promotional campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing and supply chain teams to ensure that our product portfolio is accurately represented and competitive in a fast-paced market. Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to increase sales and traffic across major marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Manage daily product listings, including optimizing titles, descriptions, and high-quality imagery for SEO performance.
- Coordinate promotional activities, flash sales, and brand-day events to maximize conversion and GMV.
- Monitor and analyze ecommerce KPIs, providing actionable insights through weekly sales and inventory performance reports.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and maintain excellent store health ratings.
- Manage customer inquiries and feedback to ensure high service standards and brand loyalty.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adjust pricing or content strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
- In-depth knowledge of marketplace back-end systems (Seller Center) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving operational bottlenecks.
