Responsibility
- Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with early childhood education best practices.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive activities, storytelling, and play-based learning.
- Assess and monitor each child’s progress, providing personalized feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop thematic units and cross-disciplinary projects.
- Organize and lead parent-teacher conferences and school events to strengthen community engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and student achievements.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with school policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Preschool Teacher or Early Childhood Educator.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and adapt to diverse learning needs.
- Creative, patient, and passionate about fostering a love for learning in young children.
- Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or other progressive educational approaches is a plus.
- Valid teaching certification or license (preferred but not mandatory).
