Responsibility
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Optimize product listings, SEO, and content to enhance visibility and engagement across platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, or independent websites).
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., traffic, CTR, AOV) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of promotions, payments, and shipping.
- Lead A/B testing for landing pages, checkout flows, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Train and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of growing online sales and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social media) and CRM systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
