Responsibility
- Develop and execute monthly marketing promotions, sales contests, and loyalty programs to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Create and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM) to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Manage content creation, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia, for websites, social platforms, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics) using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and influencers to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and community activations to strengthen brand presence in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital, B2B, or B2C sectors.
- Proven track record in campaign management, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, SEO platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
