Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies for TIS and F&B units, aligning with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging digital content (copy, graphics, videos) for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotional events, activations, and partnerships to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., ROI, engagement rates) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and community interactions to foster brand loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the tourism and F&B sectors.
- Coordinate with influencers, media outlets, and local partners to amplify reach and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or F&B industries.
- Proven track record in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing is highly advantageous.
